Service Description
Learn to cook 'The Italian Way'. Discover the art of making beautiful sourdough bread from micro-bakery owner Bogdan and Mangia Mangia Head Chef. Gain skills you can take home to wow your friends and family while you spend a wonderful evening with us at our deli in 25 Tamworth Street, Lichfield - eating, drinking and talking all things Italian. You'll even go home with some of Bogdan's magical starter for your own bread making at home. This course is suitable for absolute beginners as well as those who feel confident in the kitchen and includes a bruschetta antipasto with prosecco on arrival, lasagna and salad for dinner and tiramisu for dessert. Max 8 participants.
