Service Description
FULLY BOOKED Learn to bake Focaccia Pugliese with Alison in the Mangia Mangia kitchen! We'll be eating, drinking and talking all things 'Italian' whilst you bake your own focaccia using a special recipe from Puglia and discovering the tricks of the trade before enjoying one of Puglia's most classic of pasta dishes for dinner - orecchiette! This course is suitable for absolute beginners as well as those who feel confident in the kitchen and includes an Italian antipasto with a drink of choice on arrival, and dinner the Pugliese way with classic orecchiette pasta and your beautiful focaccia! Max 8 participants.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of our small classes, we have a non-refundable policy but will happily provide you with a credit note to use at our deli if you need to cancel.
