Service Description
1 SPACE LEFT ON THE 13TH - Special guests Marika and Tina from Bolzano in Alto Adige bring beautiful Alpine foods to life in the Mangia Mangia kitchen and teach you how to make authentic canederli bread dumplings, touching on Alpine sweet treats and traditional zuppa d'orzo (barley soup). Beat the January blues with a warm and cosy evening in the deli kitchen - eating, drinking and talking all things Italian. This course is suitable for absolute beginners as well as those who feel confident in the kitchen and includes a typical Alto Adige antipasto with a drink of choice on arrival, and dinner the Dolomites way. Max 8 participants.
