A Celebration of Ingredients

Food that follows the seasons in line with nature's flavours. Celebrate pumpkin in autumn and asparagus in spring with homemade Italian dishes from our kitchen.

 

Birdsong, bright blooms and green fields, let's welcome springtime with locally grown asparagus in two new seasonal dishes - Lasagna Asparagi with Pancetta and Pecorino and Asparagus Risotto - a must on every Italian spring menu!

Every Region is Unique

Subtle changes in flavours and ingredients are the base of Italy's variety in regional recipes. In Naples, warm Meditteranean sun ripens oranges and lemons; in Venice, seafood is tasty and salty from the lagoon; Rome's flavours are bold like her history and Alto Adige's dairy cows feed on green Alpine pastures producing rich, creamy milk and mountain cheeses.
Focaccia from Bari in Puglia is made with potato as a traditional recipe. We support local Pipe Place Potatoes with produce fresh from the farm.
